About Tanner
I am grateful to be employed as a Service Advisor here at Rudy Luther Toyota. I've spent 18 of my 32 years as an employee for the Luther Automotive Group and have been employed at multiple different Luther Automotive Services/Luther Dealerships throughout my journey. My entire family has been fortunate enough to work for Luther Automotive and would not change a thing as Luther is a great company and always does what they can to ensure their employees/guests are taken care of! I believe, in terms of how I am perceived as an employee withing the group, that I have established a strong reputation in regard to reliability, hard work, and genuine care when it comes to assisting our guests'. In my opinion, the relationships I have built with long-term staff and loyal guests over the years demonstrates the dedication I have when it comes to building connections and working together as a team with my co-workers. I take pride in doing my best to ensure all guests' feel as though they've received exceptional service while the vehicle is in, expediting repairs for vehicles towed in without an appointment (I understand being without a vehicle is very difficult and do whatever I can, within my power, to make sure our customer's vehicle concerns are addressed as quickly as possible), and enjoy seeing the smile on our guests face when we are able to get the vehicle repaired and back to them in a timely manner. I always prioritize guest communication throughout the process, provide regular updates to keep them informed, and make sure that each and every guest knows the status of their vehicle from start to finish. I hope that my caring demeanor and commitment to assisting Luther's loyal customers will foster long-lasting relationships with many guests down the road. My passion for the car industry, specifically in regard to the service department, stems from my family and the multiple years of involvement we all have working for the Luther Automotive Group. I strive to assist guests efficiently and effectively, recognizing the inconvenience of being without a vehicle as well as keeping the vehicle up to speed with all needed service/repairs when need be. In casual settings, I enjoy discussing the Minnesota Vikings and golf, both of which can bring me excitement and frustration at the same time. Whether I'm navigating how the Vike's will blow the game or the challenges of the golf course, I find both activities engaging and rewarding.. until that next play or that next shot; I find it fascinating that one moment both the Vikings and golf can bring happiness/enjoyment and the next, they can both be depressing and make you want to give up on them! Both the Vikings and the game of golf just seem to keep bringing me back no matter what!
