My overall experience with Rich was excellent! He took the time to listen to my sister and me as we spoke about the kind of car I wanted, and he was very polite and considerate, and treated us with great respect. He brought to me just the car I was looking for year-wise, model-wise, mileage- wise and also in great shape. I even wanted a car like my old Toyota car that had been used as a rental car before, and he even found that for me, too. I highly recommend Rich to anyone who wants a really nice, considerate, and knowledgeable man to help them with looking for the right car. My sister and I were both so impressed about him right away that we knew he was the professional to do business with. He went out of his way to help me! I think he treats his potential car buyers so well that he deserves a raise.
