I take pride in doing my best to ensure all guests' feel as though they've received exceptional service while the vehicle is in, expediting repairs for vehicles towed in without an appointment (I understand being without a vehicle is very difficult and do whatever I can, within my power, to make sure our customer's vehicle concerns are addressed as quickly as possible), and enjoy seeing the smile on our guests face when we are able to get the vehicle repaired and back to them in a timely manner. I always prioritize guest communication throughout the process, provide regular updates to keep them informed, and make sure that each and every guest knows the status of their vehicle from start to finish. I hope that my caring demeanor and commitment to assisting Luther's loyal customers will foster long-lasting relationships with many guests down the road. 

My passion for the car industry, specifically in regard to the service department, stems from my family and the multiple years of involvement we all have working for the Luther Automotive Group.
