Good. I enjoy working with Kevin. He provides timely details on how things are going and usually overestimates time needed to perform work. This is good because in my case a 90minute estimate turned out to be only 50 minutes. Yeah.

As always, Kevin was attentive, detailed in his explanation and supremely helpful! The Prius is aging and Kevin knew exactly what to suggest for diagnostics, which were spot-on, as always. Beyond Kevin, however, are those wonderful and cheerfully attentive service clerks near the Parts Department! They NEVER seem to confuse the keys and ALWAYS remember to give customers the necessary time and attention to review the detailed charges. All of that, of course, is an immense credit to management who allow their experts to do their jobs and fulfill their roles with the necessary and crucial positive reinforcement and learning--based correctives.
